Inspiration - The Food For Self-Improvement

Love is a natural emotion in humans. Everybody wants to be loved and desires to present love. It is when that emotion is threatened by alternative emotions that the human body, mind and spirit wants inspiration as food for self-improvement to stay whole.

2 conditions can terribly somewhat be the main threats to the falling apart of the human body, mind and spirit... the two from which all others are derived.
Those 2 are human loss and anger.

Falling into despair at the hands of a natural tragedy is traditional .. and falling into anger when provoked by something or someone is additionally traditional .. but there is a great difference between those 2 emotional states.

A natural tragedy brings regarding grief... no matter what the conditions of the tragedy are... or how severe. This grief needs to be worked through in stages ... despair, anger, hopelessness, acquiescence, acceptance. It can't be avoided.. and each one handles those stages during a terribly personal, unique way.

Inspiration may appear an extended manner off... invisible.
But look. Those moments when the tears dry up and also the body is forced to move is inspiration in itself. It shows that life is still there... though it is inevitably modified in some way.

Maybe it has been modified by death of a loved one or a terrible injury or betrayal or financial loss .... a serious loss of some sort.

Still ... through the grieving is found the common "normalcy" of life in having to try and do the normal things of living even when it's the last issue one needs to do... or maybe thinks one can do. Just the fact the body is respiratory evokes ... even if involuntarily.

Ultimately you want to eat, you want to venture out, you need to see the sun shine or the rain fall. You want to see life going on around you. You may not notice any of it however the inspiration to create you do those required things is all around you ... pulling you up and through the fog.

Life can go on and you may be involved and out into that newly formed life... and once you are there, the easy truth that you simply survived can be your inspiration in all you do from that point on ... a treasure chest filled with food for self-improvement in each side of life.

Anger is another emotion fully .. one that may kill or block every inspiration around one in an instant. If anger is allowed to feed off itself it will assign each single little bit of inspiration in your life.

The anger might are directed at any of a million things ... erupted from any of a thousand "causes". Once it subsides a bit ... the inspiration is there to rise on top of it .. to remain above it... whether or not or not it's in the shape of your spouse or child or boss ... or that stubborn tractor that just determined not to run .. a straightforward inanimate object. There's inspiration there to draw you up to be the adult you are... that was lost when the anger took hold.

The inspiration is in the truth of where the anger took you .... to an area of total loss of management of each half of your body ... for anger is all consuming. The fact that you could become that "thing".. devoid of all human reason ... is enough food for self-improvement from that you'll recognize the signs of anger before they are ready to consume you in that manner again. You will get angry again .. that's part of the human "condition"... however you will are impressed to understand how to control it thus it will never threaten you in quite that very same approach again.

Inspiration comes from everything around us. It is what keeps us going. It is most certainly the food for self-improvement .... typically in an involuntary way... but you'll be able to explore for it and can once you have recognized what it is.

It may be in an exceedingly kid's laugh .. during a loved one's touch of kindness ... a word from an admirer .. in the little sound of a bird or the sight of snow falling ...... or during a book.

No matter brings you inspiration ... hold it close. It is your food for self-improvement during life
