Impotence in young men is not overly common, however it does happen, and one of the reasons that is considered as being the most contributing to this is smoking. Smoking is considered to be able to reduce the quality of semen, as not only do men that smoke have a lower sperm count overall, but as well, their sperm is more likely to be malformed. There are a lot of other non psychological but physical problems for impotence and you may want to check them out, because you will need to go to see a doctor if you're having some of this:

obesides of middle age stress or something like this, or feeling and other stuff like this, you could also be having some serious reasons of this.
osadness and smoking is a "not so natural" reason for losing the erection and it could cause impotence at a point and it's not a joke. Not at anyone, it may not be as common, but it could be a cause and speaking to the doctor and having a consult can tell you the exact idea about it.
oobesity is another problem about it and some overweight people could have errection problems because of the too much fat, it could be a reason.
onervous system problems and brain injury are another reason for it.
ofor example, you could be having damaged blood veins on the penis and because of that you really want to see a doctor and do not play the game on yourself, because you could damage yourself more and you don't really want that to happen.
ohormonal problems, at the last, but not the last, could be another physical problem in the young men of having impotence.

So, ya, impotence in young men is something true and if you see you have more than some psychological problems about it, go see a doctor right away in order to get a treatment, knowing that there are a lot of treatments for this in our age.
