Most people assume there is not much that can be done over the mind. If the mind showing a sad picture or discouraging, you will continue to revolve around feelings of depression.

If the mind continues to dwell on the shortcomings and mistakes, you will revolve around the feelings of inadequacy and bad. If the mind continues to state that you can not do this and do not want to know about it, then you just assume.

In fact, we can alter and control the imaginations and our minds. People often say, "this is myself". That's not true. This actually depends on who is in control.

The mind is programmed to do whatever. For example, if you've underestimated when still a child, your mind will record all these insults and will play them back at every opportunity. If you ever get an unpleasant experience with arithmetic, your mind will probably keep you from everything associated with numbers.

So this is where you are, 10 years, 20 years, 30 years, and subsequent years, you keep telling yourself that you can not get math and the less chance for your mind to try.

The program consisted mostly of negative thoughts from the restrictions created by ourselves, that keep you from realizing our potential.

But you do not have to stare at how your mind has been programmed.
• You can be a program-makers for themselves and manage the production process of the mind.

Various naming a different method of training the mind: mental training, visualization, imagination directed, mindscripting, self hypnosis, and training of the imagination. We prefer the term "mental training"as you need to train your mind to get what you want.

Here is one of the techniques of the most powerful mental training. Most professional athletes do on a regular basis. Repeatedly,

- Describe yourself reaching for something that is valuable to you. Describe clearly repeatedly.

Opportunities will be better and are more likely to happen to you.

Another powerful method in programming your brain are: negative thoughts and talk to myself a pessimistic statement as if they were a naughty child.
So, next time if you humble yourself, like saying "I'm stupid!" Or "I'm weak", quickly admonished the statement "Hey, do not using words like "stupid" or "weak" and see what will happen . You may be surprised to see it.
