Are you tired of resentment and anger you feel toward other people? Do you want to forgive others and move on with your life now? It's a good step to your personal freedom is to forgive others. How would you forgive someone who really hurt you, abused you and wasn't nice to you? Isn't it a challenge to live free without anger and revenge...If you want to regain your personal freedom decide to forgive others today.

How do you start to forgiving others. You need to change your view on your situation, you need to decide that you are not a victim. It's hard to think you are not a victim when you were mistreated, lied to and abused. What about the abuser? A person who abused you doesn't have the perfect life either, he/she didn't experience the same trauma as you did, but they have their own issues. If you want justice and revenge, how much justice would be is the only person who would suffer would be you. The longer you remember the even, the more you hold your resentment and anger, the longer you suffer more than your abuser.

Decide to stop this vicious cycle now. It's o'kay to feel down sometimes but don't make it as part of your life. Decide to live free, decide you want to experience happy feelings and feel joy in life. Believe that you can do. You won't betray yourself or others if you let go of your anger and decide to forgive. Start with controlling your thoughts, every time when you have negative or angry thoughts, stop and take a notice what is actually good in your life. Realize that there are many people in the world who suffer much more than you do. There are many people out there who have more challenges in life and even bigger victims than you are. Help the world by helping yourlsef first. When you help yourself, others will learn to be strong this way too.

Don't blame yourself. Many victims blame themselves for what have happened, so stop it. It's not your fault what happened to you and you can't control everybody and everything in this world. Take it as an experience to influence others.

Start your day with positive self talk. Tell yourself how strong you are and you can deal with anything and you can overcome anything. Faith is very important, without faith we don't have a hope. Believe something good is coming to your life, appreciate every moment you have and enjoy your life now. If you have positive thoughts, the happier you will be. Feeling happy is not a crime, allow yourself to be happy and feel a joy in your life. Feel good about who you are, compliment yourself and love yourself and others. All of this will lead to happier life, more forgiveness and better life for yourself now.
