So we must have a powerful mind. One must focus on the positive things during these situations. {One must have positive peoples in their surrounding.

They will always talk about positive things and help to avoid negative thinking.|Its very important to surround yourself with people who are also positive. Do not let negative people drag you down into a non empowering mindset}
{Don’t waste time in anything or for anyone. We have heard the saying, “An idle mind is a devil’s workshop”. So don’t sit idle or waste your time. Engage yourself in some prayers, writing poems, writing dairy, etc... Plan your day properly and plan your achievements. Everyone can get rid of negative thoughts so you can also get it done with your will power.|It is very easy to sit around and over think things.
