The key to a great look is to always feel comfortable – there is nothing more unattractive than someone pulling at a hem of a skirt because it is too short or folding their arms across their top because a dress is too tight.

You can look great at any occasion by just wearing something that is simple and comfortable. Whether you are at work or going out for dinner a simple dress will suffice. Accessorize with key statement jewellery to glam it up or change your shoes to change the look.

Loose dresses are simple, refreshing and elegant. They conjure an image of breezy comfort, freedom and bliss. They are comfortable, allow freedom of movement and allow air circulation. Also if you think of a tailored looser dress you could easily accessorise with a classic blazer, or scarf to make it into the perfect work wear. Great for casual and home wear, a long line dress is the ultimate in relaxation. But the use for this type of garment doesn’t stop there it will also be good to go in the evening for a night of fun and activity or partying and even at a festival although probably no recommended in a light colour for this kind of event. Fabrics that go well into loose dresses include super light modal jersey, linen jersey and cotton. A loose dress looks great in any length but is best worn just above the knee or below the calf. This type of dress is also best in a pale or neutral colour it is best not to go for graphics or complicated print design as the design of the dress should speak for itself.
