In case of the eyes, the effect of just stay at one position looking at one objects, the result are worst, because it need our force and effort to stop them from moving, which is their natural properties.

The moving of the eyes is natural, they move even when we are asleep. Therefore staring too intense at one objects can cause strain on your eyes.

Train your eyes at least once a day, because they should always have smooth and flowing movement. You can start exercising your eyes by looking around at short distance around various objects in the room, then you can go outside looking at various objects and distances such as cars, trees etc. Within short period of time you can see that objects view are getting more clearer.
