Keeping your fabrics clean is the 1st method of getting rid of back acne. This commonly includes everything that comes into contact with your back like pillowcases, bras, backpacks, towels, bed sheets, etc. Bacteria is known to greatly worsen acne, and because it is attracted to filthy stuff, you should strive to keep your fabrics clean. For some people this will be pretty hard while for other people it's a thing they do naturally. Here's a friendly tip: Wash all the fabrics that touch your back using chemical-free products as this forbids your back acne from reddening and becoming irritated.

Taking showers regularly and after any sweat-causing activities greatly helps in your mission of getting rid of back acne. Studies have also shown that using anti-bacterial soap (such as LifeBuoy) helps kill bacteria on your back that could have been causing back acne.

You can use loofahs, washcloths, and brushes to scrape off any dead skin cells on your back (this will greatly help calm your back acne). If you end up going for a scrub make sure you use the sugar-based ones since those are known to be softer for the skin than the salt based ones. Take note, however, exfoliating too much could possibly cause your back to become irritated and will almost always leave you worse off than when your first started.

Many back acne sufferers like to use salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide as back acne treatments. These can almost always be purchased from pharmacies and are best applied onto your back alone (i.e. you should not use them together). These creams are best applied when your shirt is off as this allows the skin to fully absorb them and prevents your clothes from becoming damaged or bleached. Sometimes it will also help to test both options to see which ones work best for you.

The last option for you to get rid of back acne is to simply go and and stop by your dermatologist. Although I would recommend you go for this option only after you've tried out the rest of the methods for at least 2 weeks. It might also be a good idea to join support groups if you suffer from stress, low self-esteem, or constant anxiety as all of those conditions worsen your back acne.

I'm hoping that by now you have finally gotten the concept how to get rid of back acne. My advice to you is to try out each of the above methods for at least 14 days and watch closely for any results. The only time you should see a dermatologist is once you've tested out all the other back acne cures I've previously mentioned.
