It is equally important to replenish the lost carbohydrates and water after an intense workout or conditioning. If you want to train hard, do so, but never overdo it. Know and recognize your body's limitations. Also, it is important to always consult with a health care professional first before taking any supplements or medications.

Keep your eyes on the prize
Training in MMA, a fighter will always have an idol that he looks up to; make that person your source of inspiration. If he can do it, so can you. If you want to be as good as him, or even better, do everything to reach it! Just remember that it takes patience and time, do not hurry it, you will get there eventually. Remember that every athlete and ultimate fighter began with almost nothing; they went through the things you are going through to get there. Keep your eyes on the prize and go get it, keep in mind that all the hard work training in MMA will be worth it when victory is in your hands.
