If you want good carbohydrates, you can get them from fruits and this will fulfill your desire for sweets also.
In the same manner, you have good fats as well as bad fats. Bad fats are available in fried foods, foods that are made from normal edible oils and spicy foods. You should avoid them and opt for good fats that are got from foods that are prepared with olive oil and fish oil.
You should give importance to your exercises regimen because they improve your metabolism to a great extent. Your exercises regimen should be a combination of cardio and weight-training exercises. While cardio exercises will help you in your attempts to lose fat quickly, weight-training exercises will help you in the process of building muscles. Well-built muscles need more calories for their good maintenance and hence you can succeed in losing fat. Another major advantage in having a good muscle is that your muscle mass will not stop burning calories even when you are sleeping or relaxing.
To speed up your process of losing fat, you should drink more of water because water, drunk in good quantities, will flush out toxins from your body highly effectively. Toxins, in general, remain in the inside of fat cells. So when toxins are flushed out, your fat cells can easily be attacked and got rid of to lose fat quickly. Water helps you to feel full quickly and so you can sip water before you commence eating your meal or during the course of your eating.
