Grilled Salmon Steaks: With Garlic Sauce and Sliced Cucumber

We are always seeking a food that gives us the maximum pleasure while at a dish. Steaks prepared from broiled salmon quite often claim to have a taste, which seems to be irresistible.

It's yummy and delicious the taste that the salmon steaks induce when it is perfectly grilled; the supporting elements like garlic sauce would add an extra taste.

But the question is how to cook grilled salmon steaks? Well, they are pretty simple to find now. While those important cookbooks and websites are delivering the ways to make grilled salmon steaks, following are the guidelines for preparing grilled salmon steaks, which are obviously eclectic in taste and unique in their preparations.

Ingredients Required:

1. 10 teaspoons of olive oil or canola oil,
2. 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
3. 2 tablespoons of minced mint
4. 2 and 1/2 teaspoons of garlic juice
5. Sliced Cucumber
4. Salt & pepper as per taste
5. 6 Salmon steaks
6. 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder

Preparation

With a fusion of oil, lemon, mint, salt, pepper & garlic juice, prepare a marinade. Now put half of the marinade into another bowl. Marinate your salmon steaks in the remaining marinade in a covered dish in the refrigerator for about an hour or so. This marinating will soften the salmon with an essence which is typically desired for this kind of food. You can also use pineapple juice and pineapple chunks to have your kind of taste.

After an hour start grilling the steaks with the marinade until desired level. After that keep that grilled steaks in a separate bowl and put that half marinade which you set aside before marinating the steaks in the same frying pan. Add the red chili powder into these ingredients and boil the whole composition for about 10 minutes; just before removing the heat add a slice of banana in this curry.

Your grilled salmon is ready. Your curry is also ready to be poured in the salmon. Do it as fast as possible because your dinner guests are awaiting this wonderful dish. They seem to be quite hungry. Isn't it?

Serve your grilled salmon steaks with sliced cucumber arrayed all throughout.
