The newly boosted federal scholarships for dads can now pay the expenses of study-from-home online educational courses. The federal funds would be used to pay for school fees, training courses, online tutoring fees and even internet connection bills in some instances.

In order to qualify for dad scholarships, you must firstly fill a free application for federal student aid (FAFSA). The FAFSA examines the eligibility of applicants and serves to direct eligible to students to schools and colleges that participate in the federal student aid program. The application can be easily filled and filed online. The FAFSA require presenting some documents such as your social security number, your tax records, your monthly paycheck and your reports of untaxed incomes such as child support funds and worker's compensation. Take care to fill your FAFSA application and file it before the first of January of each year; however, each state and school might have their own schedules for acceptance of applications, so don't forget to ask about the schedule of your preferred school.
