Global Verge now Global Mobile 1 Buzzirk Mobile formerly powered by Zero1 and now Page Plus, uses innovative technology to route calls through the internet allowing them to provide inexpensive Buzzirk mobile cell phones service.

As of June 30 2009 they had enrolled over 30,000 people. Global Verge promotes their mobile service through MLM or network marketing.

Global Verge or Global Mobile 1 and Zer01 has been reported to have had some problems with alleged scams, fraud and not to mention a law suit from it's now former partner Zer01.

The Internet is loaded with reports of a "Global Verge scam" and a law suit from it's former partner Zer01 for depts unpaid. Weather Global Verge has resolved it's issues and continue to do business is uncertain. No doubt if the company goes down it would be a devastation for many of their marketers.

If Global Verge does go under, it would not be the first time an MLM firm has folded and taken with it all the hard work, sacrifices, and profits of their networkers. How can network marketers protect their interest from the collapse of this house of cards?

Well the first thing would be to start branding yourself, the one thing you own that no one can take away is "Your Name Inc." Take for example the two wealthiest men in the world, Warren Buffet and Bill Gates. If Microsoft went out of business (which is highly improbable) Bill Gates name would only be seen in the history books. Warren Buffet owns a corporation under Berkshire and Hathaway, if one of the many businesses he owns fails you would probably never know it and his net worth would barely make a blip.

There is a way for network marketers to protect their resources and ensure that they can continue making a profit and their business does not sink with the company.

One way to do this is by having a lead generation system also known as a funded proposal, leads funneling system, or an attraction marketing formula.

With a system you learn how to brand you and not Global Verge, Global Mobile 1, or some other company, product, or the compensation plan.
