Get the six pack

Today I thought I’d discuss the illusive art of training your six pack for a flat stomach area.

It is not unusual these days to feel underpressure to achieve the toned six pack. There is a media frenzy of young toned sport stars and film stars who display their middrifts at the first glimps of sunshine. The truth however for the majority of us is very different.
Taking a more realistic approach I thought I would describe my journey and how through many years of neglect and injury ,how I managed to get on as a side effect of being sensible.I started out a particularly chubby child up till I was around 14. I did not enjoy sports much up to 3rd year at high school where I was frequents made fun of because I was fairly overweight. At about 14 as if by magic I grew, became a little stronger and my weight settled down and I became more or less normal.

I started playing and enjoying sports at school and started running and cycling.

{Fast forward until I was in my mid thirties and once again I found I was putting on the pounds so I bought a mountain bike and started cycling|If we then jump forward about 20 years to when I was around 35 years old and I found myself putting on weight. So I bought a mountain bike and started to do a few miles every morning{}. At around that time I started to get back pain and decided to attend my local physio clinic|After a few months I started to get a regular recurrent lower back soreness so I went to the local physio clinic}.

I told my back story around how my body weight was rising again and how I started cycling but that seemed to have caused lower back stiffness and sometimes pain. After the usual examination they were fantastic and diagnosed that my core strength was pretty weak and I need to strenthen it to add to the cycling.
Initially I thought oh no plenty of crunches and sit ups or even one of those big balls that you see people rolling about on. Fortunately no she introduced me to a great program that could be suited to either a man or woman and specifically targeted your problem.
I think it was a great achievable program that did I felt I could easily cope with.Importantly I felt that I understood what it was targeting and I knew I would achieve the goals easily .

The first I noticed was that the stiffness started to ease and I started to enjoy the bike rides again. Then my wife started to say how I was fitting my clothes a little better and before long I dropped a size in my clothes. At work we had a regular football match and the guys started to notice how some of my old magic was returning.

After about eight weeks I had to return for my review appointment to my physio.
On my return I was realing praising the physio as she had obviously studied hard for a long time to sort me out in only a few months.Thats when she started to smile .

I asked her why and she should take the compliment. Then she said she cheated and her boy friend had introduced her to a great online product which I had been exposed to.
We both had a good laugh because obviously there was more to it and she would not have recommended it if she didn't think it would work. But it certainly allowed me to get back on the bike comfortably and loose the weight, and tone up the tummy.
My wife said she had never seen me with a six pack.
