On the first page under the ‘System Summary’ option, you will get the detailed descriptions about the system components. You can know from here the name of the Operating System, it’s version, the system model, manufacturer name, the system type and the date and version of the BIOS. Tech support experts want you to have special look at the system type of your PC. From the details you can know whether your system is 32 bit or 64 bit.

From here you can get the information about the hardware components, hardware resources, including software, internet setting and more. To save the file you will need to click on the option ‘save’ under the menu ‘file’.

You can access all these functionalities using command prompt. For doing this you can open your command prompt. Once the command prompt is open you can type "systeminfo" and can press ‘enter’ on it.
