These nutrition can be found in dairy products, green vegetables, fruits and red meats. The growing period for men is until the age of 21 and women until the age of 18. After reaching that age, our height will stay the same.
Calcium is very important to the bone health. A person who is a calcium deficiency has a weak bone that can easily break or even shrinking. Therefore a person who is calcium deficiency instead of growing tall, he or she will even become shorter than before. One good source of calcium is milk.
If you want know how to grow taller fast then you should know the essential of doing exercises regularly. During our growing period, doing exercises in very important, since exercises regularly can release human growth hormone that can help you grow taller.
Examples of exercise that you should know on how to grow taller is sprint running, swimming, body hanging, etc. sprint running and swimming create a quick movements to our body and these quick movement will boost the release human growth hormone. With body hanging exercise, it will create gaps between our disc spines. These gaps will create stimulate the bones to fill them with more bones and resulting our body to grow taller.
With exercises regularly our body tone will be muscular and slender too, that will definitely makes us look taller.
Now in conclusion on how to grow taller, it is easier to grow taller when you are in the growing period, combine with a good diet and exercises regularly.
