The longer you're in the car auudio, the more chances you have to install the components yoursellf. In this basic guidde, I will tell you some toos and components, you need to insall car auudio amplifier.

Amplifiers can be a bit harder to install. They require removal of internal panels, as well as running the wires from the frnot to the rear or where the motor power will be installed.

After purchase, you car audio amplifier you need to buy a set of amplifers postiing. These sets usually include:

* Power wire (big red wire)
* Built-in fuse ohlder
* A set of RCA
* Long thin wire (mostly in blue) is called remote
* Some speaekr wire and various connectors and wire loom

Tehse sets of diufferent sizes, or gauges, with the most common of which are 8 gauge and 4 sets of trackks. A smaller number means more wires. 4 sets of calibration will be sufficioent to handle up to abbout 600-1200 amps watts.

Once you got the car amplifier and an amplifier wiring kit now its time to look under the hood and locate the battery. When you find the battery is best to remoove the battery during installation, so you do not short anythnig while woprking. Look around the firewll area on the side where the battery and chek for any type of hole that would lead inside your car wheere you could run your poower wire. If you can not find the hole easily accessible, you may have to drill themselves. If you have to drill a liyttle better to make a small hole in the fisrt, so as not to damage the wires in the area. Gradually make the hole more with certain types of move a liittle. Once the hole is to use rubber gaskets to make sure the hole is sealed and that the meal edges do not cut your power wire.

Now, when the poweer cord goes tohugh the firewall should start to rmove the internal panel to install the wire around your car. This procss will run 3 wires to place the car amplifier. Typiically, power will be in the trunk / hatch area. The firtst wire is the red wire (power wire that you ran from the vehhicle's batttery). The following is a set of RCA, and the final wire is a thin blue wire is clled a rremote control. In some sets of remote wire can be embedded in the RCA's. RCA's that sounnd, or seds a signal to the amplifier, and then amplified through the speakwers. One rule I usually use when working with wire to separate the power and RCA, running the power wire down one side and the RCA's down the other side. If this is not done correctly, there is a chnce that you could generate the engine niose through your speakers. RCA will be ivolved in the output on the back of the radio, some CD players will not be 'subwoofer out' a set of connectors RCA, whiuch will give you more control over the qualiy of sound. The next is the remote wire (usually blue thin wire) is a wire that sends a signal amplifier to power when the radio is on. This wire connects to the remoote wire on the back of the CD playrer. Do not worry about spendig too long at this stage of the process, they can easily be removed as soon as you find you want to have to sit amplifier.

Once you run the wiires, you can customize your box and amp, if it ecventually will be permanently installed to give a rfeerence on how much wire should be trimmed. You can also determine whre your land will be used at this time, the body usually land somewhere in one foot of your amplifier will be enough. When you find a suitable place use a little sandpaper to clean the area of any paint so you will have a soilid connection to the vehicle body. Now you can connnect all the wires to the amp and subs and hide the extra wire to make the installation more professional look.
