Most cases of man boobs are actually pseudo gynecomastia. In fact they are not authentic moobs as caused by hormonal imbalances but are there because of deposits of fat.

It is different from person to person as to where they get fat deposits when they put on weight. Some people find it sits on the thighs, others the hips, and some the chest.

In a man, this causes the often embaressing condition known as man boobs.

Unfortunately, getting rid of moobs calls for you to lower your calorie intake and to increase your activity. Unfortunately you can't specifically target weight loss at an area of your body.

Cardio exercise is a good starting point as a set of exercises to get rid of man boobs. If you are not used to exercise, then where do you start with cardio exercises.
A cardio exercise is anything that increases your heart rate. It can be almost anything from walking to dog, to swimming, to cycling, running or more.

It is vital that you choose a kind of exercise that you like as at the outset you may find it strenuous to exercise, particularly if you are out of shape. If you are very overweight or unfit then you may find swimming is a good starting point because the water supports your body and makes it easier for you to do more exercise.

You are aiming for three or 4 cardio exercise sessions a week of around 30 minutes.
If you are not used to regular exercise then this can seem somewhat overwhelming, so you need to start gradually and build yourself up. This is going to require some discipline on your part, and can be done.
Every single time you do an exercise session, aim to make it longer than the last one. Even if you only increase the length by 30 seconds you are still improving your performance. Do this every time and it won't be long before you are exercising for at least thirty minutes.

Cardio exercise by itself isn't enough to completely get rid of your man boobs but combine it with some chest firming exercises and it will be more than adequate.

However, cardio exercises are a good place to commence getting rid of your man boobs and that excess fat. As the fat starts to go from all over your body, it will start to disappear off your chest too. This will let you firm up the muscles there and really get rid of your moobs.

After they are gone, you can go without your shirt on a beach, wear a t-shirt and enjoy life without getting those comments from people any more, and you certainly won't miss 'those' comments, will you?
