Although we make our New Year's resolutions traditionally on January 1, every day of the year is a great day to make a new New Year's resolution and keep it. In fact, not having the pressure of January 1 on your shoulder is a great reason why today's resolution may have a greater impact on you. Most of us don't even think about resolutions throughout the year unless they involved diet or exercise; however, the truth is that we can resolve to do anything we want at any time and with the power of positive thinkikng and a take charge attitude, we can succeed.

Today is a great day to make resolution. My husband and I discussed this just last night and I thought this was a good time to share some of our resolutions -- and we will keep you updated on how we are doing on them -- through our blog postings. Gone are our promises to be perfect in certain areas; we have instead replaced them with achievable goals which we can attain along the way. For example, my goals today include: posting this blog, walking our dogs more, finishing a project I have been working on, completing this article, and designing some new literature for our Trump Marketing business, The Take Charge Network. Each of these resolutions is very achievable today and tomorrow, they will be replaced with new ones which are also readily achieveable. By making my resolutions more short term ones, they will all lead to our larger, more long-term resolutions which we will achieve day-by-day.

Working with the Take Charge Network is both fun and challenging. Our mission and our goal is to help people -- and companies -- succeed at taking charge of their lives in ways they never thought possible. Our group is composed of entrepreneurs who, through hard work and creativity, want to learn and grow together. Our solutions, the Trump Network solutions, are healthy choices which make the decision-making process an easy one; our partner, TheThinkBig Network, clearly is second to none and helps us to help our friends, customers, and associates take charge of their lives, be more successful than ever imagined, and have fun while doing it.

Many years ago, my parents would come in my room when I was a small child and ask me to straighten it up. When that happened it felt like a punishment or a chore. When I was having a friend over for a playdate and needed to tidy up a bit, it was, in contrast, no big deal. Our goal at the Take Charge Network is to help make the process of taking charge of the daily grind a pleasure for you. Please visit our website (www.takechargenetwork.com) for more information on us -- we look forward to meeting you! If you are like us, ready to make our New Year's resolutions today, and not wait until January 1, 2010, we urge you to take charge of your life -- and know, it will feel great!
