3. Swiming - There are sevewral reasons why I love swimming:

4. Kickboxing - a great cardio workout to lose belly fat. It's also a great social activity, so it may be much more motivated than in otther cardiovascular activities, whcih are usually careried out at their discretiion.

5. Jumping rope - the reason why I love this litttle exercisde is that easy to perform, do not require access to a gym, pool, or join a cplass. In addition, within minutes of jumps, you'll feel like you hard, like a madman. You can even do it at home, if you have a porch or a big enough room. Try jumping rope. You'll be sweating, as a madman in a matter of minutes.
