Some of us still don't know how emotions are associated with cravings for food. Every so often, we usually tend to munch whichever food we set eyes on simply to stop the desire. But if at the moment, we were able to eat our dream chocolate cake, our cravings would finish after which we would feel enormously satisfied on it.

So the point here is that, cravings in actuality come to mind even if we like it or not. We only have to just accept it being a part of us and then, consider it well. Respond to it, and allow ourselves to actually consider the food we’re longing for.
