Perhaps you believe that milk and dairy products are good for your health and your body. If this is true, you really should read through all the text in this article from front to back. Obviously, for their industry to think to be true the implication that would, therefore, put more money in their pockets. However, this is not all of the story. Pasteurization additionally destroys such antibodies as immunoglobulins that are a part of raw milk. After pasteurizatioin, then the milk is further treated by homogenization to keep the natural cream from rising to the top of the product. Once this process is initiated, several unnatural and synthetic vitamins are introduced to the milk to make it artificially 'nutritous.' Realize, if you will, that any artificial or man-made vitamins have never been proven to be a substitute for those that come from nature. These vitamins are, as I said, man-made chemicals that may hurt much more than help the body.

In a single thought, it would seem that milk causes weight gain, not help weight loss. Much different from what you have been led to believe, milk will actually cause you to gain weight and unwanted fat rather than lose it. Should you have taken on the habit of consuming milk quite often, it is not surprise that you have put on extra pounds. You will discover that if you drink a lot of milk, you will discover added inches on your waist line and pounds on the scale.

On further examination, it becomes evident that milk can cause different diseases. In addition to gaining weight are many harmful results that may result from drinking an excess of dairy products, such as skin allergies, cancer, acne, arthritis, constipation and much more.

Would it be logical to continue consuming dairy products, especially milk? I really think not at all.
