Cardamom is another spice that is an essential ingredient in curry preparation. It is also used as a mouth-freshener after a meal. It has the ability to stimulate heart and mind. Cardamom brings a sense of clarity and joy. Another feature of Cardamom is that when it is added to milk it neutralizes mucous that is formed in the milk. When used in coffee it detoxifies the caffeine content in it. Cardamom has many medicinical properties and acts as an expectorant, diaphoretic and mainly as a stimulant. The oil from Cardamom is very helpful in digestion. But one who has ulcers shouldn't use it for sure.
Another variety of rice available is the India Basmati Rice. These are long grained rice which I very fine in texture. Basmati Rice is regarded as the best rice throughout the world. India Basmati Rice gained popularity because of the aroma it gives out when cooked. India Basmati rice means "queen of fragrance" which is due to the exotic fragrance. These are special quality of rice characterized by extra long, super slender and fine grains.

Choosing the best food products is key to a healthy life. One should make sure that there are many adulterated food products available in the market. It is advisable to stay away from such products and make use of the best ones.
