Crystal healing refers to using gemstone crystals to facilitate healing and positive changes in the mind and body of the person being healed.

The crystals are placed in specific places of the body referred to as "chakras." “Chakra” is a Hindu term meaning spiritual energy. Crystal healing is a holistic healing method for fortifying the body and and helping with problems and patterns using varied types of natural crystals. The theory is that each gemstone carries a certain vibrational rate. By placing these stones on the body their vibrational rate changes the vibrational rate rates within the aura..
