JP Sales Company Inc. (Ann Arbor, MI) has announced the formation of a new joint venture between CIGNYS (Saginaw, MI) and Jay Industries Inc. (Mansfield, OH), aimed at bringing the benefits of large-scale vertically integrated manufacturing to customers in the defense, aerospace, automotive, agricultural equipment, and numerous other industries.
