Every church has its own individual persona and its attitudes and then it won't issue whether they are of the simular size or denomination, the personality of every church is different from the other. Such changes in the structures of the Christian church likewise contribute towards the forming of the different personality.

There are some personality tests which are conducting on the individuals and through which we could discover out that though every individual is different from one some other, bur there are as well similar traits in the personalities of the individuals according to them they tend to behave in the similar manner in the matters of crisis. That is mostly depended on the atmosphere in which the person has grown up and lived from a considerable period of time. Similar is real in event of the Christian churches. Though they might be entirely different personalities but they act in the similar manner in instance of the crisis and at times when they are facing a notion in the society which is completely different from their ideology.

Also, one some other thing that the experts of the personality profess is that there is no such thing as the beneficial or horrible personality. Personalities are precisely different from each other and it may be possible that the certain traits of somebody's personality are more applicable in today's time than that of others. But that is simply the matter of chance and the growing up factors depending on which the personality of the person of the organization is formed. In churches, the personalities are a set of factors which help in growing the Christian church. If the traits are more applicable in the present environment, the chances are that the Christian church will grow in a speedious way than that of others.

Few mortals don't comprehend the point that how a church can have a personality. It is because they fail to see the church as the set of mortals, instead they only look at the building and call it a Christian church. Instead, the Christian church can too have a multiple personality depending upon the personalities of its individuals. But here, we call the personality of the church as the one which comes out from the combined personality of so many souls together who are working towards one goal of the church increase.
