As well, now a day, where each and every Christian church desires to grow in length and in depth, a Christian church has to make all the more efforts to make itself get noticed in the eyes of the mortals and increase the measure of the Christian church in the society.

The increase of church as I have told is a multi faceted process that includes the increase in the visibility of the Christian church to increase in the member base of the organization. Likewise, a church invariably tries to increase its hold in the society by identifying and helping the various sectors of the society.

The creative team or the higher team in the Christian church is usually involves in the process of devising strategies and deciding which plan is going to work for their church in terms of increasing the visibility. They are the mortals who know the society and are well aware of the factors that will motivate the individuals to come often to the church and spend as much time as possible.

In the process of the growth, the first thing that comes in the mind is the spiritual development and it's renewal for the society and for the church itself. To achieve this, the organization has to spend the required amount of time in knowing the will of the god and likewise the church has to know the spiritual needs of the society and has to act as a bridge between the the Lord's will and the want of the society. Similarly, the church has to do the self assessment in knowing that how far it has been successful in spreading the message of the god.

That means, the church has to spend the time in the prayer and in studying the text of the God the Father which will help it in knowing the actual purpose of its existence. The church perpetually has a reason and it is the duty of the church to fulfill that aim and the spread the message of god to as some mortals as possible.
