There are many small churches around the world which are running into a loss of individuals and are endeavoring hard to last and make at least a little income so that the chances of closing of doors for them will cut down in the close future.

In the world without the church, turnarounds, and mergers are too not rare. They keep on occurring from time and again and with the mixing a lots of new prospects open of the organization and the individuals if the uniting is done currently. The first choice is the turn around which almost all the congregations, who are on the edge of closing down, exercise that includes that the church even at times varying the minister or even without altering the minister, the church endeavor all the different options which they think will aid in the attracting the more and more number of individuals. For instance, at times, the church is even involved in the altering the practices of preaching into something that is more attractive to the people and applicable in the modern society. It is when the congregation finds that the method of its instructing is old and needs to be changed. In such cases they try to bring in the more interactive methods and endeavor to take the views of the individuals about it.

The main reason because of which most congregations can not enforce innovative ideas to increase the visibility of the churches is the crunch of the finances. The church may have some excellent ideas about the development of the congregation, but the finances crunch can show disastrous in the church increase. It is too since of the even the most individuals who are even the members of the church are not prepared to help in the monetary terms.

Though, the same thing happens with the businesses but with the church there is a slight difference. For instance, in the case of the business, all the clients of all the small businesses come to the major business in which all the other businesses are merging. But it is not the case with the congregation. The mixing of three small congregations of people does not ensure the membership of 180 people in the main church. Still, in certain cases that can too mean the loss of the entire membership of both the churches which are going to be merged.

It is since of the actuality that while merging, the church at times doesn't consider the changes in the personalities of the churches and the differences in their ideology and the attitude. There are chances that the individuals who are the part of a particular congregation don't find the ideology of the other church suitable and in consonance with their views.
