The jubilation period is one of the busiest periods when everybody has to do the stretch their limits and have to do a lot of work. Too, there might be some guests at the time of the advent or the Christmas Eve and then what about the jubilations and the demands at the house front and the parties in the office. All these need to be handled.

And when writing this, I can understand that one has to do a lot at this period at all the fronts, but it is same time when individuals are in their holidays and there are more chances that more and more individuals will visit the congregation. If the church make it a enjoyable period despite the rush hour and make the people realize that the church worry for them, there are comparatively more opportunities that these people will come for the second time.

For the same, the church has to do something. Most of the time what occurs is that we usually get too involved into our own work that we are left with no more energy and the motivation to work for the increase of the church. To work towards the increase of the church, it has to make new strategies and must enforce them before the Christmas Eve so that more and more individuals can come to the church.

One of the ideas is to make a certain number of handouts which include the welcome message along with the details of the church and give them to all the individuals who are coming to the church. It will aid them know the programs at the night before Christmas and will feel welcomed to the events, in case there are any. As well, the church can organize certain programs for the children on the day before Christmas which will help the parents to their work by sending the kids to the event and at the same time the kids will also feel happy.

As well, one can hire a few individuals who will help the church in sending the message of the welcomes across the community by delivery the handouts from door to door. For this, one must go from door to door and deliver the handouts or too personally invite the members of the community to the congregation. The personal invitation only work in the small community with not more than a few hundred individuals.

Once the community is invited in the church, the congregation must work towards keep the events memorable for the individuals. There are few small things about which we generally forget in the preparation of the event. For instance, if there is no extra space in the parking lot and the congregation is expecting a huge number of individuals, placing one or two people at the parking lot to guide people about the parking places is always a better idea. It is because parking your car is the first step towards the joining the event. If the person will face the problem there, it may spoil his/ her mood and entire efforts of building an impression may go in vain.
