Those of you who suffer from chronic headaches and who do not know what to do to cure them should try getting enough sleep, having a healthy diet, practicing sports, quitting smoking, reducing alcohol and, finally, try to relax. Do not just take medication and wait for the problem to disappear by itself. Chemicals will only treat symptoms, while the condition remains active.
