The most known type of Piles that most people usually form are Constipation Hemorrhoids. Piles are caused by increased pressure being placed on the pelvic and anus areas. This can be caused by straining to make a bowl movement. Often constipation causes straining. If you have Piles, the ideal method of treatment is to heal the symptom(s) causing them.

The best way to treat constipation is to treat it naturally. This could be done by eating fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and bran products. Reduce drinking sodas and caffeinated beverages. Try to not eat processed food and other junk food. Cnsume lots of water. Maintain a healthy exercise routine. After identifying the cause of the Piles and taking the measures to correct the problem, you will still be left with the Hemorrhoids. To make them heal quickly, try using natural remedies that will work safely and effectively. Some of those natural cures are: Witch Hazel, Aloe Vera, Sitz baths, Butcher's Broom, Horse Chestnut, Venapro, and H Miracle. Many of these work just as well if not better than over the counter or prescribed medicated treatments. Not only are natural treatments safer and often more effective, they are also usually cheaper and can be used for a wide variety of ailments.

Do not use costly treatments that can have harmful chemicals to treat Hemorrhoids. First determine the source of the Piles, treat the root problem, and then heal the Piles naturally. With Constipation Piles, treatment can be effective, harmless and permanent using natural products.

Constipation happens when the stool is hard, small (or "pelletized", so to speak) and requires physical effort before it is passed. Under such needs, the abdominal muscles must shrink, a deep breath must be held as the diaphragm is forced downward. This leads to strong internal abdominal stress to help push the contents out of the colon. This additional force from straining is necessary because the pressure from the shrinking of the colon walls isinadequate to expel the compacted fecal mass. One unmistakable sign of this physical force is that the muscles of the neck and face tense up as you stress to evacuate. Veins in your legs are disturbed by the strain created by the muscular force needed for a painful bowel movement. Valves are located at subsequent intervals along the course of the leg veins; they help the blood to rise to the heart, in a stepladder way, against the forces of gravity. These valves are stretched and damaged by the high pressures that are needed to move small hard dry stools. The valves soon become incapable of holding up the blood. Without valves in good working order, a four foot column of blood presses on the lower veins all day long. One result of this constant strain is varicose veins, the tortuous blue "worms" which detract so much from the appearance of a person's legs, often causing pain, and, sometimes ulcers.

Similar to varicose veins in causation if not location are Hemorrhoids.Constipation is a result of digestive problems with the liver, colon or bowel and a sign of other problems to come including Hemorrhoids, gallstones, gall bladder problems, cancer and even weight gain.

Steps to be taken:

1.Food needs more fiber and juices.

2.Detox to take the stress off your body.

3.If sick, medication might be causing constipation.

4.Magnesium levels might be low.

5.Get enough exercise.

There are many things that can cause digestive discomfort and with that can come constipation and Hemorrhoids and later other symptoms and conditions.
