5. Repeat this for fifteen repetitions.

Lower Back Side Stretch

Carry out the following procedure

1. Lie down in a easy posture with bent knees and face up

2. By revolving your waist, twist your legs together to your left until your left knee is practically touching the floor, continue in this touched pose for approximately 5 sec after that move back to rest posture.

3. Go over the same procedure for the right side.

4. Do this repeatedly for five repetitions ( both left and right).

You may leave out other lower back pain exercises that you be familiar with but please do not forget the above 2 as they attest to be most helpful. Test out the above workout on a regular basis and you will be surprised how speedily you back improves.
