To make an example, they have workshops where they instruct farmers how to build a windmill. They also give credits that enable them to build a windmill and pay for it further.

Let’s take Netherlands for example, where you actually drive for miles and all you see seem to be fields of windmills. Don’t they seem wonderful? This will be what we should see almost everywhere, in all states. This is what our planet needs. Simply, no more toxic gases, but these 100 % pollution-free high-tech machineries.
