Avoid using carpets at home; instead use hardwood on the floor. In case you have to use carpets make sure you clean with a vacuum cleaner regularly. Limit putting plants and flowers inside home. If you go out make sure you bathe and clean your clothes to get ride of pollen that may have got stuck to you. Use dehumidifiers to keep away dampness as it assists growth of molds.
