Have you read all the articles like I have about the benefits of cleansing? I do believe you should cleanse to help get the toxins, impurities out of your body, jump start your digestive system, help with healthy kidney function and to help your metabolism deal with fats and such. The problem is choosing the right one for you. I've tried a couple and unfortunately if you work it's a bit difficult with having to run to the bathroom many times.

I just tried a new cleanser recently. To my surprise it was not like the others. This cleanse lasted 9 days and it involved Aloe, Bee Pollen, Garcinia and a Shake. I've always heard of the good benefits of Aloe, but had never experienced it like I have now. I never really knew much about Garcinia or Bee Pollen until now.

Bee pollen contains many nutrients to help maintain good health. Nutrients like all vitamins of the B-complex and vitamin C which are water soluble so they can be taken daily. It also contains vitamins D, E, K, and Beta Carotene (vitamin A), plus numerous minerals, enzymes and co-enzymes, plant-source fatty acids, carbohydrates, proteins, and 22 amino acids - including all eight "essential" amino acids that the body cannot manufacture for itself, Lecithin which is found naturally in all cells and aids in metabolism of fats. It is readily digestible and is absorbed easily into our bodies. It has been known to help maintain healthy circulatory, digestive, immune and nervous systems. It is one of the most complete foods available.

Garcinia is a nutritional supplement, containing a number of ingredients that may aid in weight loss. The primary ingredient is a natural substance derived from the fruit of a Southern Asian tree, the Garcinia Cambogia, also known as the Malabar Tamarind. The rind of this fruit is dried and used to produce Hydroxycitric Acid (HCA). HCA is very similar to the citric acid found in oranges and other citrus fruits. For centuries, this fruit has been used for culinary and herbal purposes in Southern India and in Thailand.

The cleanse I chose was called Clean9 with Ultra Chocolate by Forever Living. It had everything I needed for my 9 days of cleansing. Actually it had more than 9 days worth. I was pretty excited the first day so really food was not on my mind. I had thoughts of a cleaner, healthier me. Day 2 was my hardest day, then it was smooth sailing from there. I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of the program and what surprised me the most is I was not craving the chocolate chip cookies I love so much. As a matter of fact I had no desire to eat them. After my 9 days of cleansing I had lost 10 pounds and lost 9 inches total over my whole body.

I was so happy with my results I have continued on in my dieting and will post later my results with the system I am using now.
