I was in the office ready to do my task for today, when all of a sudden, I heard one of my colleagues scream. His pc encountered the blue screen window which is reason why he can't use his computer. I.T personnel tried everything to fix his pc and even try to recover his files since all his projects are there as well. Unfortunately, they weren't able to revive his pc. So after that all his files are gone, he has no pc to use and can't do his task for the day poor guy.

After what happened to my colleague, I started to think of ways on how I can do a back up for my important files. So it's actually an online social bookmark where you can save your favorite websites online and it serves a free information tool also because all members’ bookmarks are accessible in the internet. All of the browsers have the bookmark feature, but the advantage of having it bookmark your websites online is that you can use in any computers. In other words, convenient and gives free information.

For those people who are not familiar with internet terms, in case you guys are wondering what bookmarking is, let me make things clear first that it is not an actual bookmarking where it actually involves a book. But the way how that works is similar to the term being used in the internet. It is the process of saving your favorite websites or in your browser such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Netscape Navigator, Google Chrome, Safari, or Opera. When you open a browser, instead of remember or typing what the URL (Uniform Resource Locator) is for the website that you would like to visit (example: http://www.yahoomail.com), you just need to go to your bookmarks and choose the name of the website in the list.

Don't ask me what it means because I myself don't even know what kind of language is it. Anyway, it's easy to get started in that website. All you got to do is sign up for an account, save the URL's in your account, and that's it. If you're in a internet cafe and forgot the link that you want, instead of googling for the URL, just go to tungaw.com, log on to your account, and get the URL that you are looking for...easy right?

I'm sure there are other online bookmarking websites that offers the same service. I'm not even sure if "Tungaw.com" has the best online bookmarking service today. But one thing that I find interesting about this website is that besides bookmarking, they also have this feature where you can see the latest websites that users visit. You can actually put a comment in that website to know of it's worth bookmarking it.

I would have to say that this is another brilliant idea made by men. This just shows how technology is making our lives easier.
