Banish The Need To Hide Man Boobs

I have almost certainly suffered from a more diverse experience of business life than most men before retraining as a qualified Fitness Advisor and have met lots of men from many areas of life who suffered from developed bad posture and/or wore loose-fitting apparel. had not spared any thought as to why males developed a hunched bearing, or indeed took to loose-fitting apparel, until I saw them with no clothes, when it became obvious|Initially, I paid scant attention to posture or apparel but as soon as I observed these males in a changing room, it became clear|Like the majority of people, I thought nothing of either posture or apparel, only perhaps in a changing room when I was able to see why}...it was the common need to hide man boobs. I didn't know much at all about this issue before qualifying as a Fitness Professional but I have conducted much research over recent years as to the triggers in order that I would be in an improved position to advise individuals in the gym.

My earliest memories of the very real condition of gynecomastia, in spite of information being very meager regarding the issue in the 1960's, was of a lad in my year at school. He invented many and varied excuses for not being able to take part in athletics, sports etc. simply because he was shy to get in the showers afterwards. Some boys are ever too ready to mock another boy so there were some unnecessary comments aimed at him, which inevitably made him very embarrassed. I now realise that he suffered from pubertal gynecomastia and I hope that he left it behind. It is a fact that 93% of boys who get this form of gynecomastia do leave it behind after 3 years or so.

Doctors' only 'cure' back then was to suggest surgery, which the majority of people could not afford as little was understood about hormonal imbalance. Inevitably, individuals who had an operation were nearly always left with scar tissue. A cure-yes, but which was worse...the problem or the cure.?

Compression underwear gradually became available to compress the chest and so help to hide man boobs. These have been improved greatly over time and now come in several styles. There are certain guidelines which you must follow if you are considering taking this route to help your problem because quality and prices do differ, with the latter in the region of 70 to 200 dollars:

1.Make certain that your garment comes with a minimum guarantee of 30 full washes as this is a guarantee of quality.
2.Control must be snug and effective so the fabric must be 3-way stretch.
3.Soft fiber mixtures such as 'Lycrasoft' or 'Tactel' will be more comfortable to wear.
4.Make certain that the material is also 'breathable' because moisture has to get out and air has to be able to get in.
5.Your garment's material must have been treated with anti-microbial properties to prevent bacteria and moulds from flourishing.

Look on the Internet for suppliers of undergarments as my philosophy is not to look to hide man boobs but to get a permanent solution. Choose to get rid of your unwanted 'breasts' rather than hide them. Many men have passed through my hands in the gym and, by working out properly and making the required lifestyle and dietary modifications, they have been able to acquire a manly chest as a consequence. I can't lay down a hard and fast exercise schedule here but there are some principles to bear in mind:

1.It is important that you are physically able to undertake a range of workouts and that you are able to perform a specific chest schedule as well.
2.You must warm up for five minutes and then complete six large muscle group stretches prior to starting your workout.
3.I suggest that you do not major on any main muscle group for more than 25 or 30 minutes in any one session.
4.Make sure that you adopt good technique, with a neutral spine, good range of movement and carry out each repetition in a considered, unhurried way.
5.Use both resistance machines and free weights in your schedule.
6.Don't overdo it in the beginning and work out for no more than one hour.

Maximum results with your chest workouts will be accomplished as follows:

1.Keep your workouts effective by using different equipment for your chest presses, using fixed machines, barbells and dumbbells.
2.Work every part of your chest by adopting different positions, namely, seated, flat, decline and incline.
3.Make use of 3 different ways of doing flyes...machines, cables and dumbbells. Flyes will help fill out your chest.
4.To begin with, a program of three to five chest exercises should be OK, doing 3 sets of each and 12 to 15 rep's per set.
5.Alter your workout every 4 to 6 weeks so that you can continue making gains.

I do also understand that there is a proportion of the male population for whom gyms hold no attraction, or cannot afford to join one or do not even live near one. Also, some males will not be able to afford the compression underwear with which to hide man boobs and I therefore looked around for affordable alternatives.
