This is actually for good reason. Most of the time these sites are turn key sites that hundreds , if not thousands , already own.
They are hard to rank in the search engines and therefore usually make very little, if any , money . Think about it before you buy . Do you really want a site many others already have . basically the same text . The same keywords . The same graphics .
Another form of these sites deal with forex trading . Unless you have deep pockets and can afford to , at the very least , wait a long time on your money , these are not the answer either .

I want the site to pay directly to my Pay Pal account . Instantly every time it sells a product .
Automation is fine but I want a human controlling every aspect .
Now if it is truly on autopilot , I should not have to promote the site either . What the turn key guys don't tell you is ... you are own your own when driving traffic time comes around .
Come on now .. autopilot should mean just that.

The honest truth is , you will never get all of this from a turnkey website . It will take a service type business to deliver a true autopilot money making websites .
A service that is a true business. One that is run by real people . A business that I am assigned one person to do all of the above . Someone I can contact when there is something I need to know .
They need to be able to make a nice looking website . Pick the right keywords and in the right niche .
Products that sell and pay instantly are a must .

Hey .. if I am not touching it .. I want them to be able to drive enough targeted traffic to the site for me to be able to make a true profit .
Now I know I ask a lot but if you are going to offer true autopilot .. deliver true autopilot . Set me up a profitable website i never need to touch and I will buy several each month. Start my own little empire . sit on the beach while other make my money for me .

That is a big advantage of autopilot money making websites .
