They are often found better than other mechanized systems such as forklifts since they are safer and they do not require worker training to operate the conveyor.

But there is one thing that a business should take note of in making automated conveyor systems work and that boils down to system maintenance. Remember that because they deal with higher production volumes, the wear and tear of the system is inevitable. Maintenance may simply be made by cleaning the conveyor systems or by replacement of damaged parts.
