Make sure if you are going to hire someone they e-mail you a sample of their writing before you hire them. You don't want to hire someone to write for you that will make you look terrible.

Tell them what you would like them to write about, the number of words you are seeking from them, work out the price per article (you can generally arrange a price cut if you commit to more than one single article at a time).

It is all up to you which process you want to take, one uses additional time, then the other additional money, but both will work. Do not assume miracle traffic to come in from this technique, you should see possibly five click-throughs to your website per article for every month it is on the net.
