How are you and dating? Have you stood by one for a long time only to find that this relationship is not going to work? Are you afraid of having to try again because you think that it will happen again? In most bad relationships, one or both parties are afraid to go on their own, making them stay until they have no other choice but to leave. If and when this happens and it does, no one wins. These experiences will become embedded in your minds and if allowed to stay will make you skittish of relationships to come. No one wants any relationship to end. You have to work at it all of the time. With some, no matter what you try nothing will help save it.

Dating someone new is always scary. You never really know what you might come up against when dating strangers. It is always best to meet this person first. If you do not feel comfortable after this first or second meeting, then stop before going any further. Be as nice as you can and let them down easy. Word of mouth can damage one's reputation faster than anything else. Have you ever had someone tell you about a person's reputation and them not knowing that they happened to be talking about you? This can happen and it does more than most of you know. This will happen as this person doing the talking will not have known what your name was, only that they felt sorry for the one that told them not knowing that it was a bunch of lies.

If this were to happen to you, just tell them who you are and that they need to get their story straight. If you happen to be trying to date someone else, tell them what you hear and then tell them the truth. If they look at you with doubt, then you will have to end this one, too. Tell them you are sorry and simply walk away. This is hard to do as you might want to clear the air but you would end up yelling at this person and hurting the wrong person. It is always a good idea and practice to end the date on a good standing. You might come across this person again and you might want to still be friends.

Dating is hard but relationships are harder. You have to work at them all of the time. Both of these dating and relationships could make up your whole look at your way of life. With either one of them turning bad could make you stop trying leaving you unhappy and alone. If one does go through this try to simply shack yourself off and start again.
