Most of the people who might have lost excessive weight in a small interval of time may also experience stretch marks. So a lot of people try moving around looking for better stretch mark removers that may in fact work well for them.

Stretch marks may appear on the surface of your skin for a number of reasons. Weight gain and weight loss at the time of pregnancy may be one of the most common reasons that most of the women face. When our skin is stretched then it experiences a purplish red mark in the middle layer. The color may change over a period of time and may also diminish leaving a visible line. So, finding a perfect mark remover is in fact very much important for any women to overcome the embarrassment of the appearance of stretch mark on their skin.

Stretch marks may appear in a number of areas like hips, stomach, on the breast and arms.

Lasers are usually one of the most convenient and effective methods so that one can get rid of these ugly looking stretch marks. One can literally get rid of this effected layer of skin. This may also encourage the growth of new cells in your skin. It is also considered as one of the safest methods to get rid of the stretch marks permanently. In case you want to get rid of these stretch marks using a laser treatment it may involve a degree of pain.

One of the other options besides using the stretch mark cream (which is not very much effective) is surgery which is done using the laser therapy. Surgery may also be considered as a very big step and may be expensive, so it should only be performed if very much necessary. It is performed just like cosmetic surgery on any other part of our body. The patient is given an anesthesia when the surgery is performed as it involves a lot of pain. Scarred skin cells and effected area is removed, but the time taken to recover may be around weeks from the date the surgery is performed.

One of the latest methods for getting rid of these stretch marks is the blue light therapy. A number of other methods are also used like microdermabrasion and chemical peels. These methods are pretty different as compared to using creams and lotions for getting rid of these ugly looking stretch marks as using creams and lotions may only reduce stretch marks and would not get rid of them completely. Using laser and blue light therapy may be considered as a very good option for those people who want to get rid of stretch marks with the expense of the surgery. There can definitely be little pain involved but the effectiveness of the treatment is still not very clear.
