A lot of us think and believe that before we reach the age of thirty, we are invincible and that we are forever be in good shape and so in good health, and will be different before us and will beat the odds. Unluckily, as we reach the age of thirty, we are beginning to experience the effects of aging. As we face the mirror, we start to observe fine lines in our face. At forty, we start to experience aches in our body. We can no longer recover from Friday night party. When we were young and still feel strong, it is understandable that we have a habit of neglecting our health until something went wrong. We think that these illnesses will just heal by themselves.
