1. Lie on the exercise ball, parallel to the floor. My knes forming an angle of 90 degrees.

2. lSowly and with control, lift up, wtihout bending his shoulders thigh.

3. Slowly retturn to starting position.

4. Repeat these steps for the compete set.

Exercise Ball Abdominal Roll window

This ball of the goials oblique, recus abddominis muscles and hip flexors.

1. On your knees, and positiopn the ball in front of him.

2. Lie on the top floor.

3. Recah out, lertting his hands touch the ground, rolling the ball towards the hips.

4. Walking hand to the chin to touh the ball, whlie maintaining all the time the contrat abs and shoulders in line with his hands.

5. Pull the ball forward with his legs, then bend your knees to the chest when the ball is rolling under the simulator to the knees to toouch the breast.

6. Back at the beginning and reperat for the full set.
