Successful coaching of your Affiliates is an important part of running a successful Affiliate program. How many times have you signed up to be an Affiliate only to find you are left on your own. You have the product and marketing material. Now what do you do. If you are an experienced Affiliate marketer you would have no problems but for the Newbies it will probably lead them down a very unsuccessful pass

In order to build your Affiliate Program you should apply some simply Best Practices techniques in your selection of new Affiliates to your program. Let me give you an example of what I mean. If you where a restaurant owner and in need a host or hostess for your restaurant. Would you hire the first person who walked in the door or would you ask them some questions. You would ask them questions. After all they are going to be representing you and your business!

The same techniques applies to you as an Affiliate marketer. Would you rather have 100 people selling with only 10 of them producing or would you rather have 25 people selling with all of them producing? You Know the answer. You have to look at things differently. We get caught up in volume be we should focus on quality. If some thing is of good quality than people will want it. This applies to the whole concept of what we are trying to achieve.

How do we get quality affiliates working for us? One simple best practice method is to create an atmosphere of anticipation with two simple questions. 1. Only ten spots left on my team, do you have the skills to qualify and become apart of my elite sales team? One of two things will happen.

1. The person will read that and move on. (You didn't want that person anyway)
or
2. You will grab the attention of an eager individual who wants to be apart of something bigger.

Human nature, Most people don't want to be on there own. we strive to be apart of something bigger than ourselves.

Now to drive that point home ask them to fill out a simply questionnaire. Keep it short with Four or five simple questions . Hook the questionnaire to your auto responder and have a Congratulations letter sent to their email One hour after filling out the form. Her is where you can explain the details of your program. Now you are truly developing a sales team of the best quality. These are the people you want working for you.

You can apply these same best practice techniques through out the coaching process. This Best practice technique will bring in quality affiliates and help build your business to its fullest potential.
