When these monopolistic competitive systems came out, they both had a high price tag (around $700) each, today, the PS3 sells for $399 (widely considered a better system than Xbox), and the Xbox sells for $199. The Xbox has drastically dropped in price because they understand they have an inferior system which can only compete with a lower price range and targeting their system toward a certain niche market. The fact that the price also reduced so quickly for both systems shows you just the type of technology you can get your hands on, and you won't be the poor sap who buys it on opening day.

Better and more critical enhancements in software center close to those, which increase the computer systems ability to handle particular duties and those, which enhance the space for storage of the personal computer. So Remember, get your bargains, and don't give up on the advancements of technologies, they can help you through everyday life, just think where we would be without a GPS.
