For animal lovers Dublin Zoo has an impressive range of creatures and also puts on a lot of special events to entertain the kids. On Saturdays Aras an Uachtarain, the home of the President of Ireland is also open for those who want a glimpse into the world of Irish politics.

Tips: There are a number of tours running through Dublin whether you want to travel by bus, foot or even boat. These can be a great way to get a better sense of the city and what you want to do there.
