The healthy food such as fruits and vegetables especially for the dark green and orange or yellow vegetables and fruits can provide more nutrients to us. Select the variety of grain products and eat daily with fish for 2 times each week will gain a healthy diet and reduce your risk for the heart disease. A very important fact is, you shall limit your saturated fat and cholesterol to prevent the heart disease such as take beans or tofu instead of meat, drink low fat dairy milk and replace the saturated fats with polyunsaturated or monounsaturated fats like olive oils. I believe it might be a little bit difficult to get used to those healthy diet , but if you try to get to these new tastes and develop as your new habits, it will good for your heart and reduce the risk for heart disease.

Many people is unaware that stress from work, home or etc is one of the factors that cause heart disease. It is simply that stress can trigger the increase of the stress hormone called cortisol that able to bring your blood sugar level up and raise your blood pressure. The more of the production of cortisol will be more dangerous where it can lead to a constant chemical arousal that eventually leads to heart attack. It had been proved that one of the patients at Scripps Green Hospital in La Jolla, Calif was diagnose to have a heart attack where it did not show any symptoms of heart disease before. Lately, they found that this patient always works under stress and it might due to the overproduction of cortisol that leads to the heart disease.

Therefore, do not always look down to the small and little things that we had done and ate. All these little small things such as exercise, stress and diet can make you suffer from heart disease. You should start from now to practice more exercise develops a healthy diet habits and relax to prevent any unwanted disease that affect to your heart.
