You are not going to feel all the positives listed by taking any old fish oil, it has to be an omega 3 fish oil which you get from certain types of fish, hoki salmon and tuna for example. On top of that, a supplement must be high in DHA omega 3 for you to really benefit.

Now there are two kinds of fats found in fish oil EPA and as stated DHA: and it is DHA which is the one that really combats inflammation and it is DHA omega3 that makes up approximately half of the brains fats, more than likely what you will discover when looking at tablets is that they will be higher in EPA and while this is still good for you you really need to be having a supplement that is higher in DHA.
