If you do not drink sufficient water, you are sure to gain weight because the body will start storing water and this stored water will contribute to increase in body weight. However, if you drink sufficient water, there is no question of storage of water by the body, and hence you can easily lose weight quickly.

- You should change your daily eating routine. Instead of eating three large meals, you can eat six smaller meals. This will help you to lose weight quickly and at the same time, there is no dearth in supply of energy to the body. Smaller meals will be digested fast, and hence the body metabolism will improve to a great extent, burning calories all the time.

- Your workout sessions should never be missed because you burn a good amount of calories by doing your exercises. Exercises are good metabolism-boosters and so will help you in your attempts to lose weight quickly. The increased blood circulation that results from your workouts removes toxins from the fat cells of your body, thus reducing your body weight considerably.
